Sun and barbecue have come to be Fourth of July traditions here in the United States. I recall hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, ribs accompanied by potato salad and chips. Always one to mix it up, I jumped at the chance to buy a Latin Infused Potato Salad.
Black Bean Burger & Latin Potato Salad
This potato salad eliminates mayo and pickles and instead adds cilantro, corn, and a lime-infused pesto. I enjoyed this Far South of the border taste with black bean burgers. Great way to experience Latin flavors on an American holiday.
